Why can I feel tension in the middle of my chest when I get angry?

When I get angry, I can feel what feels like a “bubble” of tension in the middle of my chest, and as long as I stay angry. The tension stays there, I’ve never heard of anybody else having this. Is it normal?

you should go to the doctor to have that checked out. you couldhave small heart problems. go to the doctor!!!

But I’ve had it for a while, and im only 16, is it normal for a 16 year old to have heart problems?
