How to diet and tone up?

help please I am gaining lots of fat and spring break is coming up ! help please

Eat 6 small meals a day that are all healthy. A meal might consist of just a piece of chicken, or a serving of fruit. Also, do 20 minutes of cardio a day. Make sure you’re drinking enough water.

If your pictures are representative of your current appearance, you’re already hot as hell and don’t need to lose weight.

You already actually look too slim so maybe doing something to tone up or just regular excersize would be better instead of trying to lose weight that you dont have.

eat a good breakfast eat a little at lunch and eat before 7-8 at night but eat just a little to do you until the next morning and exercise
