How is it legal to move in with my 18 year old boyfriend at age 17?
Ok here it goes.. I been in a serious relationship with my boyfriend for a year and 2 months.. I’m currently 17 turning 18 in november this year and he just turned 18 in december in 09 .. Im possibly pregnant and we both really want me to move in with him. He lives in baja california mexico, right next to the border of san diego. My question is if any legal act would be taken if my parents file a report on him if I decide to just pack my things and leave?? I mean I been in a relationship with him even before he was 18.. I need help!!! Please!!!
If your parents dont agree then you cant do it, he could get locked up or your parents could get a restraining order on him. If they do there wont be a problem.
Well why just not wait till you are 18?
I mean going would be an option but really the thing is that if you just dissapear you will be reported and then marked as a runaway. Wich is not a good thing. Wait till you are 18 and I guess, if you are, let your perents know that you are pregnet. But make sure that you are.
Then when 18 comes they have no control over you.
