How hard is it going to be to move away?

Im hating life at the moment, cant get a job anywhere,cant start college til next september and had some family issues lately…I’ve recently got in touch with a distant cousin and stayed with her for a week or so after not seeing her for 6 years and had the best time I’ve had in years…I’ve been offered a job for 3 months during the summer near her town and made some friends there…im considering moving there but dont know if I can handle life away from my family…dont know what to do…I live in uk and job is in holland.

Whats it like moving that far away?

truthfully, its hard, but not impossibly so. I’m in college now and being away from family can get me depressed sometimes. the key is to keep yourself preoccupied, which will be easy if you say that you have a job lined up and that this is the most fun you have had in a long time. remember to think your decisions through though because life might bite you in the a,s.s one day. keep in mind everyday is a second chance
