I need to lose about 26 lbs. I don't have a deadline, I'd just like for it to go away fast. Haha. I recently got a membership at the Y. My best friend & I are gonna start going 2-3 times a week, swimming, walking, working out. Is that a good idea?
well if you dedicate yourself to it then you should lose it fast. I have friends of mine that are on the wrestling team that lose up to 10 pounds a day (for tournament purposes). setting your mind to losing weight fast will definitely make it happen. at home you can lose weight to, my coach told me that you lose about a pound during your sleep so maybe adding an extra sweater and t shirt might kill 2 pounds. Don't ever starve yourself this does not work it messes up your metabolism causing you to digest food slower. eating the appropriate foods with a great work out and you should lose as much weight as you need to but not more than what you asked for.
