How do you mend a broken heart after your first cheated on you?

ok so me and my ex meet at a step show in march of last year. we were just friends for awhile…later aound may and june we started dating…we fell in love…we both did…we broke up right before the next school year started…didnt get bac together till Christmas day…A MONTH LATER…we had sex…and the week bfor valintines day I find out hes cheating…im so hurt and feel so emty I feel like my broken heart has taken over my life…:(

Honestly guys like that arnt worth it. I know you probely still have a lot of feelings for him. BUT the thing is LIFE GOES ON not to sound mean but it does you have to ADDMIT to your self and get it to your head that guys like that ARE NOT WORTH ONE CENT OF YOUR TIME. and also when you first get your heart broken you feel like if your never gonna find someone that they where the one ect I’ve been through all of that. but its JUST A STAGE youll get over it as the time passes you have to REMAIN STRONG and not give in to him anymore. Do you really need a guy who isnt faithful when all you where is faithful to him? Is it really worth it spends tears on a guy who CHEATED guys likethat have NO DIGNATY NO BALLS seriously! I dont know who you really are but YOU CAN DO WAYYY BETTER THAN THAT! gO OUT MORE meet more people socialize hang out with friends family ect anything you love to get yuor mind of of him… I know it hard I been through it BUT IT IS POSSIBLE you just have to get your mind REFOCUSED and you HEART STRAIGHT on what you REALLY WANT for your future relationships and learn from your mistakes because thats all you can do and make sure those mistake wont happen again but no matter what STAY STRONG and youll be able to get through this… if you ever need more advice just msg me =] best of luck hope I helped

Alebay is right… Guys like that are not worth a spitbowl…

You will feel sad for some time or perhaps longer, but try not to let it destroy you n’ don’t think he cheated on you because it was your fault. You’re way more important and worth a lot more than you think. Sure I can say this even though I don’t know you, but I’d bet my life on that there’s a lot of people who knows you or are going to get to know you that would agree.

Keep your heart strong n’ and keep going. Some would probably say he isn’t worth shedding tears for, but you gotta get rid of the pain somehow, and tears are not all bad if you should feel like shedding some at first, as long as you do not keep yourself down.

Should he come crawling back and ask for forgiveness, don’t show him mercy, and don’t give him a second chance. Some people tend to take advanges of that and won’t think so much about it if they are going to cheat on their partner again.
