How do you loose 10-15 pounds in less than a mounth without being hungry
well, monday throu friday (since you have school) exercise after school..even if you are sooo tired..its worth it...than take a shower..eat some proteins..vitmins..anything healthy...than later on...play some kind of sport...jump rope...soccer..anything that gets you active...sat and sun get up at 7a.m. run around your neighbor...go 2 school chill around it...walk...jog...go back to your house take a break call up a friend ask her if she would like to walk with you around where you live...later on eat something healthy than ask your bro or sis if they would like to play tag..football..any kind of sport there willing to play...than take a break and do some push ups in the house and sit ups...go to sleep early..wake up again (same tiime) by a month you will probably lose 15lbs..let me knoe if I helped?
do the cabbage soup diet, and EXCERSIZE 5 times a week for an hour each. you
can repete the diet again a few days after, but I'de advise the 7 day diet after the
cabbage soup diet because if you do the cabbage soup diet ONCE youll never want
to do it again because you will be soo sick and tired of the soup lol. if you want to
know the diet plans for these diets look them up on google. you could also do the
sacred heart soup diet instead of the cabbage soup diet. its the same thing exept
theres no cabbage in the soup theres only vegies. its not bad. I did it, it worked. I
say try it! I kept the weight off. Dont cheat, and dont pig out when your finished the
diet.. just be easy on yourself and eat less fat when your off the diets.
when I lost weight for prom, I wrote down everything I ate in a journal see when I know I have to log it, it makes me wanna read something positive by the end of the day. as if someone was their guiding you.. also running or dancing untill you sweat... my sister warped surrand-wrap around her and walked in her sweats in the sun also.. skim milk no reg pop (that will kill) no beer!!! wheat bread.. eat a huge breakfeast med lunch and tiny dinner or just have one egg for dinner that way you keep all the protein (for muscle) and no fat... fast food is a no no and strap those arm and leg weights to you all day
there is this book called I can make you thin BY pAUL mCkENNA. It comes with this hypnosis cd I listed to it and I havent been eatin as much. and when I do get hungry I just eat dry cheerios. your saving calories when you dont add the milk.
exercise a lot...run in the morning...push ups..sit ups...play soccer, basketball,football...if you watch a lot of television give it up...don't use the computer a lot...eat proteins...move your body a lot...hope I helped:)
