How do you fatten up a teenage boy?

He’s too super skinny, like real skinny. So, I want to know some ways to put a little weight on him.

Ok if he’s a teen his body is changing and doing what it wants my hubby as a teen ate and ate and was always skinny he is now 22 and he’s been through 2 pregnancies with me and he has gained weight but in the beginning he didn’t gain anything. as long as he’s eating leave the boy alone, he will gain when his body is ready.

Have him eat a lot of carbs and work out thats how I got bigger and sports help bulk up too I play football and I just got over all bigger

jake you just look like you got fatter. As for the answer to your question though, if you want him to start putting on weight chicken and rice work perfectly for that as well as eggs. Diet would be as follows breakfast 5-6 egg whites cooked. Lunch chicken and rice or any other high protien/high carb food together. Same for dinner. Also 3 protien shakes a day will deff add to the weight gain process. If he starts working out he will have the perfect diet for that as well. Side note though, if he eats that diet everyday continously he will get fat pretty quickly. He would have to find a more balanced diet after he got to the preferred weight.
