How do you lose a a lot of weight in 2 months.

Im 16 and 195 pounds. I m going on this trip at the end of july and want to know how to lose the most weight the quickest. I work at a summer camp for 8 hours in the hot sun and all we do is sports. I drink like 6 bottles of water during camp. I work out for an hour 3-4 times a week. I eat cereal for breakfast turkey sandwich for lunch and chicken breast for dinner. What else can I do to lose the weight. Im desperate

Your profile says you are 24. If you really are 16 then you’re luckier because it is a little easier to lose weight because of your normal activities.

Without knowing your height, it is impossible to guess what your weight should be for you to be in a healthy range.

  One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

for one think go outside and just lift weight or some heavy or similiar to that.
then walk a mile the first day. then jog a half a mile the next then run half then walk then run a whole mile only drink water or milk in the morning only no chips at all no fast food at all

I really don’t think you can do much with hurting yourself. I mean you are doing it the right way but for some it takes a while to lose weight. Me I’m 4’ 11’’ and in 3 months lost 20 pounds and I worked out once in the morn and once in the night about 45 mins and I watched what I ate.
