I've lost some but if anyway possible, I'm wanting mosr of my weight GONE before prom and my senior trip...any suggestions?
In order to lose a lot of weight. You must first discipline yourself mentally because exercising and eating healthy foods will be a challenge when there are so many other tempting things. But once you are exercising and eating healthy foods each day, it will become extremely easy. Just stay positive and tell yourself it is what is best for you.
Plenty of self discipline. exercise and eat healthy. Get rid of junk foods, fried foods, instant or already made meals. Eat a wholesome diet full of vegetables and proteins. Make sure you exercise regularly.
Only drink beverages with zero calories.
