How do I remove a virus on my computer and it has a black screen?

I have tried to remove the virus from my computer and I am not able to do so because it won’t even allow me to pull up the start menu. I mean in safe mode,or even after I disconneted my internet modem. It is aweful! I need my computer! Help me 911!ASAP! There are things that I need do and there is more work to be done than the thiry minutes that are allowed in the public library!

Try to restart your pc in a safe mode and before starting it in safe mode it asks “configure to last best system configuration” and click on that hope that works for and if it works then try to unistall the newly installed program and download a good antivirus like AVG and kick that virus out of our system.

ok can you uninstall all that google crap from your system?

The last thing that I installed was that google anitvirus that some recommended to me and right after that my screen went black. Everytime I type in my password it says that the system is error exe or something to that effect.

ok and this is very important:

do you know the name of the virus?

if you dont, what was teh last thing you downloaded and double clicked before everything went to boot?

are you able to install a antivirus? I use AVG and its what id recommend you install on your infected system to get rid of it
