Computer has a serious virus need help immediately to remove it!!!

my computer started to have this virus just a few days ago and it’s really serious. Anyone have any advice or tips remove it!!!

You might want to ‘Restore’ it to an earlier date where all worked well.

yea I had aol but it’s not working properly because of the virus

Try and download Avast Antivirus or hit F10 on your keyboard after turning it back on.

First off, to get rid of the majority of it, go to tools and search through there. On firefox, it’s private data, but just look around. Wipe everything that you have the option of deleting(accept passwords).

Then look up AVG anti-virus. It’s a free virus and spyware scanner, and it works, and is completely for free. IT will even delete some of the file for you, and allow you to do so manually with the rest in the same program.
