How do I lose weight without gaining all the weight back?

Help me! I’ve been struggling to lose weight for the past 5 years, and I can’t stop my indulgence in beef and pastries. My wife now thinks I’m a fat loser, and will not have sex with me! Please let me know any weight loss advice.

Firstly, you need to be encouraged to lose the weight. And your wife bringing you down is not a good start. But thats no matter, there are others who can inspire you to eat healthy and be active and stay active.

Motivation plays a huge role in weight loss. So think of short term goals and write them downin a book that you can record your eating in, such as “ I will not eat beef anymore, but I will eat chicken instead” “and if I do this , I will get eg. a new tv game or golf clubs etc”. The first step is to get an eating plan and stick to it. Get a friend to help you keep on track with your eating and “scold” you or remind you why you’re suppose to be eating healthier, not only for your wife but because you are important and your health is important.

Secondly, get a friend to accompany you on walks and to the gym. He or She will emotionally and mentally motivate you to strive to achieve your weight loss goals.

Once you become use to the food and excercise, you will be able to eat and gym without your buddy’s help because you will be able to follow routine of your set eating habits and excercise. This way it’s almost impossible for you to put weight back on.

And remember, you dont have to cut out on beef or pastries, just cut down on it and replace them with healthier options.

It’s a complete change of behavior…not only the eating habits, but HOW you view food. It has a lot more to do with WHY you eat too much than what you eat. There’s very little in life that isn’t best done in moderation…food hitting the top that list.

Have a piece of beef…have A pastry…then answer why you want a whole roast and 20 pastries…emotional eating…

The first step in changing behavior is recognizing it…so be honest with yourself…it can be a painful process…but like they say, no pain…no gain…You CAN do this…

As for your wife…denying sex because you are overweight…well, “punishing” your partner for not living up to YOUR standards, isn’t very accepting…and that’s what marriage is all about…”accepting as is…worts and all”…You lose that weight and you just might be looking at her from a whole other viewpoint…she may rue the day she decided to use punishment as a tool to “inspire” another. It never works.

dont join any weight loss things or buy any excersise equipment IT IS A RIP OFF THEY DONT DO ANYTHIN!

HOW TO LOSE IT: first your fitness :you should excersise each day and drink lots of water and DONT GO ON ANY DIET THAT DOSENT LET YOU EAT ANYTHIN because IF YOU DO YOUR BODY WILL THINK YOU ARENT GIVING IT ENOGH FOOD SO IT EATS YOUR MUSTLES SO YOU are WEAK.

become a vegetarian. eat veggie burgers instead of beef.

Walking, and more walking! You can even walk in place at home. Once you get down to the size you want then you bring in bike riding and sit-ups as they will tone you. Stay away from pastries and pasta. Beef is actually ok as long as your walking.

my mum said you can eat a lot but in small portions at a time like you should snack every 2 hrs (4 the snack you can eat nuts (any type) and fruit) also for breky eat crereal with yogart instead of milk (and not yogo strawberrie) and for lunch you can have a meat sandwitch (but not to much meat) and for dinner you can have a big salad and for desert you can have half a beef pasterie and eat the other half the next day. THAT IS HOW TO MAINTAIN IT! :D
