How to increase my weight

HI, I'am 21 Years old and my weight is just 50KG. My life is like sleep in day and work in night. I work in a call center.

I leave home by 4 PM and come back to home by 6 AM.

I am very thin and I was an athlete when I was in school. I used to do lots of excercise that made my body looks like an athlete . Just some cuts and pack abs and arms. But it is so small. I smoke around 8 cigretes a day and belive me to be honest I got many girl friends and I have sex with them daily. Like 8 times a week approx. I think that will damage my help. But can't help. I'm ready to reduce it like twice a week.

Can someone help me to increase my weight. On non neg I just eat (egg, chicken biriyani without pieces).

And also my friend told me that in gyms they sell a powder to increase the weight and increase muscles. I can try that, but I don want to take risk before consulting with you guys...
