How can I lose weight without exercise?

I’m really not at a bad weight, but I used to be a bit thinner. I’m 5’2 and 110lbs. But just last week, I was 5’2 and 108lbs.

I always get way to tired and stressed to exercise. And my parents wont let me go on walks alone, and they’re both too busy to walk with me. I also dont have a lot of space in my house for doing anything else.

And I cant just eat to lose weight, because I’m scarred that I wont be eating enough food in a day. So does anybody have a way for me to burn calories without exercising?

stop eating all junk food. never touch a soda again. eat like a king in the morning, a queen in the afternoon and a pauper in the evening. Eat foods that require more calories to digest than they have in them. (Ie: cabbage, celery, jicama) Stretch often. REduce your tv watching time to 1 hour a day. Stand up while on the phone. Use stairs whenever you can. Park farther away from the store and walk . Do sit up. (require a small space. Consider increasing your fruti and vegetable intake. If you can’t won’t or dont, seriously consider taking looking into encapsulated fruits and vegetables. healthychoicesforlife.net

ok what the persan said ove is all bs i say if you can do sit ups push ups ‘’girl’’ =p and lift waights cardio exersizes such as swimming running helps alot or

eating right helps alot i eat what i like but i play football its alot of work and ive lost over 30 lbs but i run over 3 miles every day and lift waights my curent wait is 215 lbs

if you can join a spot at school or sumin thats what i did it helps… but yea hope i help u out and all =)

2lbs isn’t really a big difference, you can lose that much weight with a big crap.
