How do I lose all most 300 pounds in less then 9 months

I am all most 400 pounds and I want to be 160ish but I at least want to be 190 in less then 9 months but I don’t want to do to much exercise I will do some but not more then like a hour a day and I have a hard time with food cause I am wicked picky cause all I really like are grains I hate all vegetables they make me sick all I like for fruits are apples ,bananas ,and grapes and meats all I really like is chicken every once in a while I will eat some others but it’s very unlikely I hate any thing that’s given to me with a bone cause it’s sickens me . So that’s my eating habits I am all so wondering how to get ride of arm fat and double chins mines not bad but I use to not have one like a year ago now I do and it’s really upsetting to see it all so I was wondering if any of those food diets work and if so what and how much is it and where / how do I get it ?

Answer #1

thats near impossible, unless you want to kill yourself. see a nutritionist.

Answer #2

yea no thanks

Answer #3

Don’t even research fad diets! They DON’T work! You have to have a balanced diet. You like chicken so that counts as your protein. Try fish such as salmon, sea bass, sea bream, prawns…Get something that takes your fancy. Buy a healthy breakfast like Special K or Cornflakes. You could have a low fat yoghurt with banana’s and different fruits you like. You need to excercise. Your body does naturally burn off some calories but you really need to do something extra to help burn more off. Just walking to work/school would help, walk into town instead of getting another mode of transport. Research on google “How to tone up arms” or whatever you want to tone up. As you begin to lose weight your double chin will go with it.

And I have to add, you want to lose 300+ pounds in less than a YEAR? That is NOT possible without surgery! You need to set yourself a realistic goal because that won’t happen. You need to stop setting a limit for yourself, the weight will come off in time, just let it happen. Don’t think of this as a diet, this is now YOUR diet.

Answer #4

um k I don’t know what you mean about no more fun advice but ok lol and I don’t have any friends so I don’t really have any one to help motivate me and my doc just tells me to eat healthy and work out which is hypocritical cause shes a big lady her self

Answer #5

That is extremely unhealthy.

I hate to break it to you - but if you don’t want to excersice and you dont’ want to eat veggies and fruits - your not going to loose weight.

No diet in the world can make you loose weight - without working out also.

Answer #6

Is that picture of the girl with the red hair you? If so, that IS NOT the face of a 400 # girl. That’s not even a pic of a 200# girl. Am I the only one who sees this? Look at that pic and tell me that chick weighs 400 pounds???!!! Looks like maybe 120 tops.

Answer #7

Diet and exercise. that’s all. You need not worry about special diets bogging you down. talk to your doctor and get a plan for yourself. if you start to eat healthier you will start to like eating those veggies. Talk to your doctor. you have a great deal of weight to lose. You may benefit by being in a group of persons like yourself. Don’t do this alone.

Answer #8

I want it before I turn 18 I want to be smaller the highest I would be ok with is 210 and I don’t have allot of money so any thing to expensive like trainer’s and surgery are out of the question

Answer #9

Try Redotex. I lost 50lbs in 6 months , it all depends on your body you probably would lose more, and of course drink plenty, plenty of water! Look me up at sell dot com under amberluvsbbw. Good Luck and Take care!

Answer #10

I agree with mandyloo … the way you’re planning on trying to lose weight is extremely unhealthy. It would be like someone starting smoking because they bleached their teeth to white.

I wasn’t exactly as much as you say you are but did almost touch 300 at one time. I got determined and ate a lot better than I was and started running morning and night. I lost like 30 pounds in about a month and a half (which is extremely fast). … You’re not gonna lose weight without hard work but you can.

Answer #11

I know what weight I should be for my age and height but the way my body is shaped I want to be a lil bigger then I actually should be only by like 20 pounds though and

elysium yea I do have an excuse to a extent I will do what I can never said I wouldn’t exercise cause I will I know that’s a requirement in losing weight but as I said at first I don’t like veggies maybe my medicare will cover the cost of getting vitamins but I don’t know and if they do that would be kool and I don’t eat much junk food I eat it like once a month but the prob is I eat when I am sad or bored I really just need a good friend or a boyfriend and then I will be more motivated to want to do things and stuff and them my hole life will be good

Answer #12

Have you ever heard of trade offs? Veggies and exercise ARE neccesary. Veggies making you sick is most likely a mental thing. See a doctor, work out a plan, and GET MOVING! No More FunAdvice for awhile. Have a friend help motivate you. Will post more later.

Answer #13

you see the hole what to eat is hard cause like I eat w,e my mom buys and I have told her countless times what I want her to get she doesn’t she hates me and doesn’t care if I die and as I said before I hate all veggies they are just grouse to me I have tried them I just don’t like them I will eat lettuce but I hate it it makes me sick after I eat it and I hate mayo and mustered I loves eggs though and ketchup I don’t like frozen fruits it hurt’s my teeth and it taste weird I don’t like hot sauce granola bars are ok I only like tricks yogurt and that’s fanning jello is ok I guess pretzels plane is ok but I don’t like the mustered kind rice cakes ok but I don’t like raisins I hate orange juice it makes me sick nuts are good and again I don’t like veggies

Answer #14

YOU need to start an exercise program.

Cut out all sodas except Diet sodas.

Try putting Ranch Dressing on vegetables. The few extra calories it adds will be well offset by the nutrition value of the vegetables.

Try keeping carrots and celery on hand for snacking on. You could even put peanut butter on the celery.

WE can’t lose the pounds for you. YOU have to put in the effort to get the proper nutrition and exercise to remove the weight. It will take time but then it took time for you to gain all that weight.

You can do it, it’s just one step at a time.

Answer #15

I hate fish gag but I will exercise didn’t say I wouldn’t just I have asthma and hate exercise so I don’t want to do allot of it I can’t work my self to hard at least at first I can’t I have been having a hard time breathing cause I keep getting bigger I hate it that’s why I want to lose weight that and there’s this guy well there’s all ways this guy lol but I really want to do it for me I have wanted to I just have a hard time doing ti by my self and I have no friends any my hole fam is dink so it’s really hard to find any kinda support

Answer #16

You have received great answers to HOW to lose weight…every one of those answers you have an excuse for why they will be of no help…

The FIRST ingredient for motivation is “willingness”…willingness to go to any length…no one person (or 10) can motivate another unless they are WILLING to be motivated.

If in fact you want to lose 300#’s to get to 160 to 210…then that means you are right around 500 pounds, not 400…You need to be under a Dr’s care for that type of weight loss…to monitor your heart, lungs, liver and kidneys…

Answer #17

I would say surgery is your only way out. If you don’t have money for that I suggest seeing your doctor. Eating heathly and taking in the right amount of calories will help you loose some weight. Also cutting back from cokes and sugary drinks. Water is the best thing for your body. Also taking a mulit vitamin will put in what your not getting in by eating all those foods.

Working out is a must as well… Try getting a trainer or maybe taking an aerobics class. It will be hard but It will pay off when you start seeing the results.

Answer #18

you need a boot camp program. they have gyms like that, that’s the only way. they SAY the healthiest way to lose weight is a couple of pounds a month, and you lose less weight the lighter you weigh. you need to speed up your metabolism and develop muscle. join a gym, and correct your caloric intake. go to fitday dot com. that’s the best site I’ve ever come across, it will really help you.

Answer #19

it is physically impossibale to loose that much weight in such a short period of time. though if you go out for a half hour walk each day, eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, maybe a small snack and dinner. drink lots of water. things you shouldnt eat is stuff with a lot of sugar.. greesy foods… fast foods… bread.. or pop! if you follow this you should start to loose weight. and what ever you do dont push it and try to loose it too fast..

best of luck

Answer #20

I love junk food never get it much though once a month some times less then that and I will do the work I just refuse to eat what makes me sick cause that is like just as bad as purposely making my self sick

Answer #21

Honestly,

You do not sound like you “want” to loose the weight. If you did - you would just deal with eating foods that you don’t like as much as junk food. You don’t sound like your willing to put forth the effort it takes to loose weight so no one can help you.

Answer #22

I want to count my cals but I don’t know how cause I am bad with numbers and math

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

BMI Classification

18.5 to 24.99 Normal Weight
25 to 29.99 Overweight
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1)
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

Answer #25

Sigh To loose weight you gotta eat less calories and exericise more. Try sticking to 1000 calories a day and then I might tell you more if you achieve that for a month. Good Luck.

Answer #26

I don’t know how to count cals I know that’s funny but I don’t I am horrible with numbers of any sort

Answer #27

Alright, this is doing my head in. For every suggestion people make you have a reason why you can’t do it.

If you want to lose the weight then you are going to have to stop making excuses, stop eating so much crap, and start excercise.

The weight isn’t just going to fall off when you click your fingers! Now don’t make up some reason why this isn’t possible, because it is – anyone can lose weight when they put their mind to it, no matter how picky you are with food.

Answer #28

then* my hole life will be good is what I meant to say

and ethmer soda at all is bad no matter if it’s diet or not and again for like the 5th time I hate veggies at all and I don’t like the taste of dressings I don’t mind having to take some dumb pill every day for nutrition but I’m not eating some thing I don’t like and I wouldn’t expect any one else to either

Answer #29

the MOST you could probably lose, and this is if you REALLY stick with diet and exercise, is 90-95lbs. 10 lbs for every month. it would probably take around 24 months to loose 300 lbs.

Answer #30

First thing you need to do is not set a timeline. Do NOT give yourself a time to loose the weight by - especially one so unhealthy.

Excersice does not have to be stenuous, especially at first. Do things that you can handle, Yoga, Pilates, Thai-Chi, Jogging, Situps, Swimming, Sports, etc. Keep it simple and build up your strengh.

As far as food goes. Just keep it healthy. You need to eat 6 SMALL meals a day to help burn of the calories better. No Soda’s No Fried Foods

Here’s some healthy options:

-Carrot Sticks and Hummus -Pita Bread Grilled Chicken Wraps -Use lettuce instead of break, put some turkey and light mustard - roll it up and eat it -Frozen Berries or Grapes -Sliced Bellpeppers, Dipped in Cottage Cheese and Hot Sauce -Veggies and Fruits -Granola and Yogurt -Fat Free Jello -Whole Wheat Pretzels with Spicy Mustard -Rice Cakes with peanut butter and raisins -Freeze Orange juice and eat it like sorbet -Nuts, Seaseme Seads, Legumes -Whole wheat tortilla with cream cheese and sliced veggies rolled up
