How do I know if I'm really clean down there?

Because well every time I take a shower I try to clean it well. But it just turns out to sting a lot

if your vagina stings or burns you may have an std or thrush your vagina is a self-cleaning rogan discharge is the stuff it cleans out and its supposed to have its own smell all you really need to do is give it a quick wipe in the shower you dont need to over-clean it because it cleans itself

You could be cleaning your vagina too thoroughly. I wouldn’t even use soap down there, hun. All I use is a wet washcloth (or in my current home I have a shower head that comes off the wall, so I just give it a rinse.)

Like jazlovestoskate said, the vagina is self-cleaning. If you wash too thoroughly, you’re washing away the natural pH balance, which can lead to problems like yeast infections.

Another alternative I recently discovered are Always Wipes, which are a gentle, flushable vaginal wipe. I use them before having sex with my boyfriend so I feel my freshest. They’re about $3-$4 for a box of 20.

you need to use products that are for sensetive skin after a while it will go away and you will be able to use normal stuff
