How do I get ready for bikini season?

I’m still a student, and even though eating a healthy diet, I find it hard to find extra time to do cardio. In addition to this, I’d like to tone my legs (especially my thighs…). Any advice and/or exercises would be great. Thank-you.

If you don’t have time for extra stuff, you can multitask and exercise while you do other things - like study/read while running on a treadmill or on a stationary bike in the gym, or ride a real bike to get from place to place instead of walking - it’s faster, saves you time and works out your legs well.

Lunges for the legs (I do them up hills, but make sure you stretch beforehand or it hurts like hell), and I recommend yoga (relaxing and the stretching will help ease your body into a “lose weight” mode. Hope you are fit for bikini season.
