How do I get my parents to stop buying junk food?
They buy ice cream all the time! And they don’t listen to me when I ask them not to. How do I get them to stop?
If you have a binge eating disorder then no matter what they buy you will binge on it. I know there are trigger foods and some are worse than others. Try having your nutrionist talk to your parents instead of you doing all the talking. A lot of times parents will listen to other adults before they do their kids. Sad, I know, but it happens.
No but I binge on it and I can’t help myself.
So it would be a ton easier if they didn’t buy it.
