How do I deal with my boyfriend who just cheated on me?

I’ve been going out with this guy for six months, we both love each other a lot, but at new year’s he got really drunk and kissed this girl. He called me to tell me what had happened, and was really keen just to sort it out. He assures me that it was just a drunken mistake and there was nothing more to it than that. I believe him, but I’m not sure whether I should take him back. He’s a really good guy but I’m not sure if I can trust him any more. Any help would be appreciated

I would try to understand his side of the story.. it does sound like he regrets it I mean he didnt have to tell you the truth. goood luck

Do whatever you think is right. But my opinion is that you give him another chance. If he does it again end it for good.

Hear him out… If you love him give him a chance. I know it hurts.. I’ve done this to my ex… And I regret it so much.. I loved her too and when she heard about it she couldn’t stop crying and it devistated me… So I did the only choice I had and was tell her to leave me because I didn’t deserve her.. So if you love him work things out but if you think you can’t talk it out and just be friends with him.. It will hurt but it’s better to have him as a friend than not have him in your life
