how do I ask my mom for more sanitary towels?

my mom normally remembers to bye them but she hasnt and I am embarressed to ask her can any body help me on how I can ask her please x

She can’t read your mind. You need them. You need to tell her.

Sure, it’s normal for a teenager that you don’t like to talk to your mom about anything as intimate as this. Just relax. It’s a normal function of your body that makes you need them. You’ll get used to this.

Just remember: It’s not embarrassing. Every woman has it. It’s normal.

It would be embarassing if you gotta go to school, you neet them and you don’t have any.
