Ok my stepbrother is 16 a year older than me & he wants to lose weight hes never kissed a girl he never been on a real date he never even talks to girls I think its cause of his weight he has like no confidence and he never eats but he really fat I never see him eat inless he steels food when im not looking anywho does anybody no what could be wrong with him he barley eats at all any advice?
Not eating makes your body think your starving yourself so it stores wait. But make him get excersize, and let him know to ONLY EAT HEALTHY FOOD.
