Would riding a bike 5 miles everyday help you lose weight? If so how fast?
Yes, it would help you lose weight. How fast would depend on how overweight you are already and your body and metabolism. But any exercise is good exercise.
Check with your doctor before doing exercise if you have scoliosis. Cycling does exercise your back, so you don't want to risk any further injuries.
if you have a bad back, then biking is good. if your back is good, then good jogging.
I have scoliosis pretty bad. so bike riding is good?
I ride all the time and it doesnt bother me.
