How could I stop my irregular cycle?

I have had my irregular cycle for 7 years now I am 20 years old I have been having two cycles since the age of 14 for the past 2 mths I havent had a period at all I went to the doctor the preg.. Test came back negative I started my cycle today but I am spotting and then 5 min later im bleeding heavy then 5 min later I am spotting again what could I do or do I go back to my doctor?

yes, you should go back to your doctor to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results

also, if you find out that your not pregnant then to regulate your period talk to your doctor about going on the birth control pill they can help regulate your period but you will need to talk to the doctor as there are lots of different kinds of pills and they all have side effects so the doctor needs to determine which pill, if any is the right one for you
