Listen and see if you hear any noises that are not coming from where you’re at or where the person you’re talking to is at, just ask the other person you are talking to if those noises are coming from where they are at, if someone is on the other line, more than likely, they will hang up, but at least you will know if someone is listening to your conversation.:)
Most commonly, there would be a busy signal, but this may vary with the type of cell you have and what your plan is.
