How can you learn how to do a aerial cartwheel.?
I wanna learn how to do a cartwheel without hands but I don’t know where to start any ideas.?
its not completely too hard to learn basically make sure you have a regular cartwheel down pat. make sure you’re super super good. then go to one handed cartwheels. make sure you have those down pretty good. Now for Aerials practice on mats you want to go thru the same thing as a regular cartwheel with hands behind your back. its going to seem really scary at first because you’re flipping upside down. not too far off the ground when I was a gymnast I found aerials scarier then front tucks and such. good luck.
My best advice would be either a coach or to use youtube.
