Aww I’m so sorry to hear that you feel depressed!!! Is there something you wish happened or didn’t happen (which might be the cause for you feeling like this). Sometimes going to bed late and sleeping in late can contribute to depression. I can relate to you though. When I have my mind occupied with something, then I’m not likely to feel depressed at all because you’re doing something productive. And that’s because we’re very practical in nature - I.e. We are naturally designed to ‘do’ things. So yea too much laziness can contribute to feeling depressed or “lifeless”. Do you play a musical instrument? Do you have a hobby or artistic talent? Perhaps do something you like doing.

What you may feel may have nothing to do with your mum but is just an added consequence of feeling depressed. So in other words, you’re more likely to have a better relationship with your mum if you feel good about yourself to begin with.

It could be just a phase of growing up, considering you haven’t been a teenager for very long. Just be sure to listen to what your parents say. Donnt take everything as a lecture, but as advice. That’s what I do =)

your sorta like me im lazy but I try my best not to let it effect my family it does tho :( but im getting it together…just stay positive and try to break the habit :)

Answer #3

The less you do, the lazier you feel. To get out of a lazy rut, you have to force yourself to do more. Then you’ll actually start wanting to do more.

Answer #4

Part of it may have to do with your diet… Eat better, drink water, go out in the sun.. exercise.. hang out with friends. Go to sleep early and get enough of it! Really, if you make those minor changes, it will make a HUGE difference. :)

Answer #5

Go get your parents and let them read what you have written here. Then I’m sure they will help you out as much as they can because they would know you want to improve.
