how can I tell if I have water weight or fat weight?ecause im tryig to lose weight!
Well. I don't know if this will help, but let's give it a shot.
Your water accounts for a reasonable percentage of your overall body weight, and when you say you're "Losing weight" you don't actually want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. When you go on those diet fads, the reason that you lose weight quickly, but gain it again, and then some, a week later, is because you're actually losing water. I don't think this actually helped, but there's some information for you.
water weight makes you look bloated but you have to be REALLY skinny for it to actually make a difference in how you look so if you are actually sincerely asking this question then there's a 99% chance you just have a higher body fat percentage.
