I am 5`6 and I am 150 pounds...and I over weight or normal..I definatly know that I am not underweight..please help...thnx
maybe just a bit overweight. it depends really on how your muscles are built bc they weigh more than your actualy body fat. but if you want to lose weight, try becoming a vegetarian for a month.
150 is the highest healthy weight for 5`6 the lowest is 130 I think. go to web MD there's a thing that tells you everything you need to know.
I am mainly mussle (mussle weighs more then fat) but I dont that big but since im like 5 in. taller then most people I look bigger then I am
if you have mucles that adds lots more weight like me :))
