How can I stop feeling like this??

Well basically I’ve had a really crap past in my last two relationships :/. I’ve been cheated on behind my back a lot and the trust for all guys has kinda faded away. Im in a new relationship now and have been for 4 months.. But im so insecure and im scared of loosing him. Girls keep going after him and its getting to me. He tells me that he tells them to back off and he does spend a lot of time with me. I really need help and it would be great for some advice. Thanks.

Talking about it can really help because that way your boyfriend can help you feel secure about your relationship. The more you build trust, the easier it will be to let go of your past let downs and insecurities. It’s still a new relationship so give it time. It takes time to get to know someone and it takes time to heal from bad wounds. Ask him to kiss your heart and tell him that above all you need his honesty. I also think you should avoid conversations that make you feel insecure. Don’t ask questions that involve other women. It really can’t help to know someone flirted with him, that’s just torture.

ok, well im in the same situation, just opposite. two of my past two girlfriends cheated on me and my current girlfriend of 7 months has guys over her all the time. its really more of a trust, and considering shes 2 hours away from me, and im soon going to be away from her for 7 months…its really all about trust. if you love him, you should trust him. there are times im afraid of loosing her sometimes too. you just have to trust him.
