I want to learn how to read and still unerstand what im reading
Practice, practice and more practice. The more you read the better you'll get at reading faster and understanding what you are reading.
hmm... well you could try reading fast, and then every paragraph or so, stop and summarize what you just read.
Works if you like or are interested in what your reading.
