How can I put on weight in a healthy way that won't damage my body?

I’m very thin, but I’m not quite anorexic, I dont think, but anyway I’m too thin and want to put on a bit of weght healthily. What can I do, so I dont wrekc my body?

Build muscle. Also, eat healthy but eat bigger portions and more often.
