How can I lose 20 pds in 5 weeks?

The reason I want to lose 20 pds is because I want to audition for a music company in November, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it because of my weight.

I am 13 , 5'1 and I weigh 130 pds. I want to weight at least 110 pds , or less by November 22nd.

Does anyone have some good suggestions like certain foods to eat or not to eat and good exercises ?
