Can I lose 25lbs in 5 weeks?

I saw where you said you tried all different diets–I have too. I need to lose 25 lbs in 5 weeks can it be done and how??

try to eat healthier food, (cut back on pop and junk food) and go running either outside, or at a fitness center daily. drink lots of water, and try to eat less.
