How can I get to sleep
I cnt sleep at nyt I sleep in the dai what can help me to get to sleep any ideas??
when you find a solution tell me its nearly 5 in the morning were I am and I still cant sleep I was in bed for 11!!

pull an all day-er. be awake by 9 am and don’t go to sleep until 9 pm. no caffiene four hours before bed. go to bed in a quiet, dark room.
Don’t drink caffeine in any form within 7 hours of your desired bed time. Get off the computer/TV at least an hour before you want to go to sleep, and read a book while you lay in bed instead. Learn relaxation exercises. Don’t exercise within 5 hours of your desired bed time. Obviously, drugs (including alcohol and nicotine) will mess up your sleep cycle. Don’t eat anything within 4 hours of your desired bed time.
If none of this works, you may need medical assistance.

Do not nap during the day. If you are having trouble sleeping at night, try not to nap during the day - you will throw off your body clock and make it even more difficult to sleep at night. If you are feeling especially tired, and feel as if you absolutely must nap, be sure to sleep for less than 30 minutes, early in the day. Also, limit caffeine and alcohol. And, dont smoke and exercise early in the day.
