How can I get rid of my bad cold faster?
I’ve been having this bad like sinus cold for the past 4 days. I’ve had bad sinus pressure making my whole face hurt. A stuffy nose and once in a while a runny one. My eyes were completely red for two of the days.. not anymore though. I’ve had bad bodyaches all over.. I just want to get better already! Anyone know what I can do? If its just a normal viral cold thing like im thinking it is, the doc. wont do anything about it except tell you to let it run its course so…
this is what my mom and I do and I REALLY works 4 me… you can get echinacha tea(ik dats not how you spell it but whatevs:)its a natural brand… and I drink like, 5 cups a day ussally when im sick with two bags in each cup, and im better like, the next day or two:)
Drink lemon tea with honey, and take a hot shower afterwards. It helps me a lot. Also, try having hot soup for lunch/ supper and for breakfast have oatmeal. Hope it helps :) get well soon… -megan
