How can I fix my keyboard settings??

My keyboard is a laptop keyboard (using a laptop)

and everytime I push shift+2 I get: "

I want it to switch back to shift+2=@ But instead I get shift+2="

Also, if it helps, I will list my shift + numeric list and show you how it looks from 1-0

As you can see 2 and 3 aren't normal for US keyboard. Can someone tell me how to fix this??
