I'm 110 lbs, and 5'1. I really like my weight, but I really want to lose at least three pounds, because two weeks ago, I was 105lbs. But the problem is, I'm always too stressed out and tired to exercize.
Does anyone have a better way to burn calories?
u no how the number 5 is on a dice? well put ur legs together and jump from dot to dot on the ground like the 5 on a dice. this makes ur legs GREAT! also like 150-200 jumpingjax is a great work for all body. then do push ups/crunches/lunges. i do this evry night it takes a mere 45 min
maybe you can diet but still when wanting to lose weight exercise is important
