How can I get a toned belly and loose weight
if you can do on average 20 laps in the pool after a good cardio workout. this firms everything you worked on in the gym. do it straight after so your muscles dont have time to relax. my polish friend told me this and he's a fitness fanatic! he puts me to shame in the gym..
by doing ab workouts! - do crunches, ab twists, sissor kicks, planks and plank twists... ect. but you need to combine it all up with doing some cardio if you want to loose weight!
do a lot of crunchies...v-ups..u can look these up onine and see what they are and how to do them...I suggest doing without stopping...
