How do I get rid of my belly and tone it up? Help pleaseee...!
Sit-ups are good but personally I find them a bit repetitive and boring. Every evening I do 10 reps of 10 different types of crunches. It's not just exercise, eating healthy is the way too. Good luck.
Work out. Eat healthy and get plenty of sleep to maintain a fit and in-shape body.
