How am I supposed to go thru this?

aww im so sorry I have a beagle to and I cant even imagine what loosing him would be like ): remeber that well if he was put down it was probably because he was in pain, now hes in a better place (:

dont blame yourself. If you took care of him properly (which im sure you did) then you made his like worth living.

its okay to be sad and you’ll need time to heal, just remeber he would want you to be happpy(:

To help to cope with it you could write down what you feel and think on paper or in a diary. It sounds cheesy but it works with whatever your dealing with.
