unless your a gymnist and super flexible then it aint going to happen fast increasing your flexibility is what you need to focus on this is dont by stretching daily before and after exerscise and at other times a lot of people cant be that flexible, and its impossible for a lot of people to do the splits so flexibility will only get you to the splits if your body can be that flexible
