Hourglass figure..

I'm an hourglass figure, and I like that about me. But I'm small upstairs. And I have HUGE hips.

I don't care about upstairs, I'll gain there later.

What I want to know, is what exercises will help me lose weight on my hips/lovehandles? (Mainly lovehandles..) Quickly is best...

Help me please??! My hips are like B shaped. It's weird, I don't like it, I need HELP!
