I am working out and improving my body,but I want to get an hourglass figure. People say I have an athletic figure, and I just don't want that. What excercises can I do to acheive a feminine hourglass figure?
if you have an athletic figure, try on concentrating on your obliques/ love handles. in my opinion the hour glass figure you're talking about isn't the best look for a woman, but if you're serious about that being what you want, do lots of cardio and trim down your obliques and that should work well for ya.
and also that is if by hour glass figure you mean like trimming your waste down to ellude your a$$ and chest?
Ok - some people have it naturally but the classic hourglass figure used to be obtained by corsets. These days people who really want to go for that look use a combination of Working out and corsets (I know - I've had more than one hourglass shaped girlfriend ;o)
Basically if you are fit, work out and have good musculature corsets are not the big pain that Hollywood makes them out to be.
if your not naturally an hourglass, you never will be but there are clothing tricks to give you the appearnce of an hourglass, ie, if your top half is bigger than your botton half, try to bring the focus to your lower half (or vise versa), cinch in your waist, etc.
you cant get that figure. it comes natural, but you can buy clothes to maybe show that that's what you have
