  As Utopia said, if you've gotten a report from your Vet, and he knows which ones are high...then he'll know the best course to take. Prescription Diet makes food for dogs with liver problems. The elevated readings might not be so high as to cause alarm...some dogs live long and normal lives with elevated readings.

  I assume you have taken your dog to a Vet. The diagnosis depends on the enzymes that are elevated. I would follow your Vet's advice regarding a diet specific to your dog's diagnosis.
