I say it as a joke, but it’s also quite true. lead a healthy lifestyle, and give your body lots of calcium/building material to work with, and you’ll maximize your potential. also, there’s growth hormones. those’ll work well, too.
Your maximum height is pretty much set by your genetics - illness or poor nutrition can stunt that max. height, but almost nothing will increase it. You will continue to grow for a few more years, however.
