Help with diet ~ is this healthy/

So is this a good diet? Only having: Water Nuts Turkey sausage or turkey bacon for breakfast. Sald Carrots Celery

You’re missing fruits. Add as many fruits and vegetables to your diet and add the protein from the turkey and nuts, and it’s a pretty solid diet. Make sure you get a variety, and take a GOOD multi-vitamin.

That stuff is healthy ,but you also need dairy of some sort like yogurt or skim milk, peanut butter for protein,if you don’t eat meat, on wheat bread , fresh fruit and steamed veges. Things like that…real fruit Juice is good too because water becomes repetitive to me. I hope this helps
