Healthy diets

Okay so im 5’’11 and I weight 147 pds I want to tone up my body but in a healthy way. Im thinking if I dont eat as much but still eat a healthy amount and dont eat sweets and chips all that kind of junk and drink only water oh and get a lot of exercise it will still be healthy. But what im asking is, is it not healthy to not eat as much??

Well, you’re far from “fat”…and eating less will make you weigh less, but it won’t tone up your body. Everybody needs cardio to keep the inside muscles strong (heart, for instance :))…but there are quiet type body tone ups…like Yoga, which will not only tone and stretch you whole body, but will make you limber, and improve your balance all at the same time (and calm the mind…a wonderful side benefit).

Walking is also a great all over body tone up, and it burns more calories than you would ever think…
