help! should I or should I not???

okay.. sooo there is this big bag of hot cheetos sitting across from me.. I already ate like half of the bag last night..and I dont know what to do to hold back from eating the rest…

and yes, I am trying to keep my ‘’figure’’ if you want to say it that way.. and I know that these will do bad for me..

im trying not to gain much fat but to lose more..especially around my waist.

but its HARD..because their there…defenseless..and waiting for me to EAT them!! across from me!!

ahh!!

any tips to stop myself from doing so??

they’re just cheetos- they arent going to put much weight on you anyways. you can just exercise for a half an hour or so and that extra weight will be gone!! plus, those hot cheetos can be too hot for me (I got some of my weak tastebuds from my mom…)

Hide them or throw them away. Do sumthin to keep your mind off of them.
