im 14, so is my boyfriend we have been going out on and off for a year exactly one month ago he cheated but were back together and all we have done is kiss & feel up my shirt… should I bring it too the next level & if so how?

TO BE HONEST IF HE CHEATED ON YOU ONCE, I WOULDNT GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY MAKE HIM WAIT IF HE REALLY LOVE YOU, GUYS THAT AGE ONLY WANT TO HAVE SEX THEN THEY LEAVE YOU ALONE FOR ANOTHER GIRL, ITS NOT WORTH IT. YOU WILL END UP WITH A BROKEN HEART.

its your desision you have to make the chioce if you think your ready and truly want to move on… as for how either say something of take his hand and lead it to what you want or do something for him he should get it and recipricate… on a side not your still a bit young but old enough to make the choice yourself just make sure this is what you truly want and to be careful
